Banana Crater Cake (Lightened Up Version)

  1. Cream together butter, oil and sugar.
  2. Add beaten eggs and beat until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla and mashed bananas. Mix until smooth.
  4. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and 1 tsp cinnamon and blend well.
  5. Add dry ingredients to banana mixture, alternating with yogurt, ending with dry ingredients.
  6. Pour half the batter into a greased or parchment paper lined 9" x 13" pan.
  7. Combine cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle half of mixture over the batter in pan.
  8. Top with half the chocolate chips.
  9. Repeat layers.
  10. Bake at 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes.
