Blackberry Glazed Wings With Dipping Sauce

  1. Place chicken wings in large mixing bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in blender or food processor; blend until smooth.
  3. Reserve approximately 3/4 cup sauce; cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Pour remaining sauce over wings, tossing to coat thoroughly.
  5. Cover and refrigerate 2-4 hours or overnight.
  6. To cook, spray roasting pan with nonstick spray.
  7. Shake excess marinade off wings and place in roasting pan.
  8. Bake at 450u0b0F 20-25 minutes, until cooked through and well browned.
  9. Remove wings; place on serving platter with bowl of reserved dipping sauce.
  10. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
