Bi-Cracky Bars
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 oz. unsweetened chocolate (Hershey's cocoa)
- 3/4 c. chopped walnuts
- 9 double graham crackers
- 3/4 c. chocolate chips
- Cream the margarine and sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Blend in dry ingredients with creamed mixture.
- Place 1/3 of the batter in a small bowl and add 1 ounce of unsweetened chocolate and walnuts.
- In 2/3 batter bowl, add the chocolate chips.
- Spread the 1/3 chocolate batter mixture in a well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Arrange graham crackers on top of chocolate batter, then spread white batter
- with chocolate chips on top of graham crackers.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cut into bars. Makes about 3 dozen.
