Lamb Chops With Rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary
- 6 lamb chops or steaks
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 Tbsp. fresh sage, crushed
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 large egg or whites from 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15 oz.) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Heat oven to
- 400u0b0.
- Spray
- cookie sheet with vegetable cooking spray.
- Beat egg
- with
- fork
- in
- a medium sized bowl. Add remaining ingredients
- andtix until well blended.
- Shape in eight 1/2-inch patties.
- Place on prepared cookie sheet and bake 10 to 12
- minutes,turning
- once,tntil golden brown on both sides.
