Pork Chops O'Brien

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. In large skillet, heat oil; brown pork chops and drain.
  3. Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt.
  6. Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.
  7. Spoon mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Arrange chops on top.
  8. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
  9. Top with remaining cheese and onion.
  10. Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
  11. Makes 6 servings.
