Christmas Fruit Salad

  1. In large saucepan, combine egg yolks, water, vinegar and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and reaches 160u0b0.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Fold in whipped cream.
  5. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  6. Add dressing and toss to coat.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Makes 12 to 14 servings.
