Banana Cream Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven to 300.
  2. Reserve 1 cup dry cake mix, set aside.
  3. Combine remaining mix, 1 egg, oil and 1/3 cup brown sugar, until crumbly.
  4. Press evenly into 13x9 greased pan on bottom and 3/4 way up the sides.
  5. Arrange banana slices on crust.
  6. In large mixer bowl, blend cream cheese, with 1/2 cup brown sugar.
  7. Add 3 eggs and reserved cake mix.
  8. Beat 1 minute at med speed.
  9. At low speed, slowly add milk and lemon juice, mixing until smooth.
  10. Pour into crust.
  11. Bake at 300 for 45-50 minutes, til center is firm.
  12. Cool.
  13. Spread topping over cheesecake and chill.
  14. Store refrigerated or freeze covered with foil.
