Baked Lasagne
- 1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 Tbsp. basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagne
- 3 c. cottage cheese
- 2 beaten eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 lb. grated Mozzarella
- Brown the ground beef; drain fat.
- Add the next 6 ingredients to the meat; simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cook the lasagne in boiling water; rinse in cold water.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella. Form layers in a 9 x 13-inch pan, starting with half of the lasagne, then 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture, then 1/2 the meat mixture, then 1/2 the Mozzarella.
- Repeat layers with remainder, then place in oven.
- Bake at 375u0b0.
