Baked Lasagne

  1. Brown the ground beef; drain fat.
  2. Add the next 6 ingredients to the meat; simmer, uncovered, for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cook the lasagne in boiling water; rinse in cold water.
  4. Mix together the remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella. Form layers in a 9 x 13-inch pan, starting with half of the lasagne, then 1/2 the cottage cheese mixture, then 1/2 the meat mixture, then 1/2 the Mozzarella.
  5. Repeat layers with remainder, then place in oven.
  6. Bake at 375u0b0.
