Slow Cooker Southwestern Beer Chili

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook and break apart the ground beef and sausage. Cook until beef is evenly browned and sausage is cooked (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and discard any excess grease.
  2. Combined meat mixture and all remaining ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 4 hours. Before serving, add more salt if needed.
  3. Serve with garnishes of shredded cheese and sour cream.
