Buttery Crunch Topped Tomatoes

  1. In small bowl stir together 2 tablespoons melted butter, crushed crackers, cheese and parsley.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In 10-inch skillet melt 2 tablespoons butter.
  4. Stir in caraway seed, salt, pepper and onion.
  5. Add tomatoes.
  6. Cover.
  7. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until tomatoes are heated through (2 to 3 minutes).
  8. Sprinkle with cheese mixture.
  9. Cover; let stand 1 minute.
  10. Serve immediately.
