Ham And Potato Casserole
- 4 c. frozen potato rounds (15 oz.)
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Oscar Mayer honey ham, cubed
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli, thawed
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions
- 1 can cream of celery condensed soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- Place potatoes along bottom and
- sides of 8 x 12-inch casserole dish.
- Bake, uncovered, at 400u0b0 for 10 minutes.
- Mix ham, broccoli, 1/2 onions, 1/2 cheese, soup, milk and seasoning. Pour over potatoes.
- Bake, covered, at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Top with remainder of cheese and onions.
- Bake 5 minutes longer, uncovered.
- Remove from oven and let rest 5 minutes before serving.
