Carne Asada - Mexico

  1. Mix juices, garlic, onion, tequila, Tabasco and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Add meat and marinate both sides.
  3. Cover and refrigerate, turning meat over occasionallt.
  4. Let sit 4 hours or more.
  5. Preheat grill.
  6. Place few drops of water on each tortilla, stack and wrap in foil.
  7. Place on grill.
  8. Remove meat from marinade, reserve marinade.
  9. Place meat on grill.
  10. Turn steak and tortillas once during cooking.
  11. Brush steak with remaining marinade.
  12. Cook steak to your liking.
  13. Cut into think slices.
  14. Place a few slices of steak on each tortilla with salsa and guacamole and serve.
