Caramel Frosted Apple Cookies

  1. Beat butter, sugar and egg well.
  2. Add apple, milk, raisins and nuts.
  3. Add all dry ingredients.
  4. Drop onto greased sheets.
  5. Bake 350u0b0 for 10 minutes or until done.
  6. Cool and top with icing.
  7. Icing: Melt butter and sugar in small pan.
  8. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  9. Simmer 2 minutes.
  10. Remove heat add icing sugar and milk.
