Better-Than-Almost-Anything Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Bake cake as directed on package for 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Cool 15 minutes.
  4. Poke top of warm cake every 1/2-inch with handle of wooden spoon, wiping handle occasionally to reduce sticking.
  5. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over top of cake.
  6. Let stand until milk has been absorbed into cake. Drizzle with caramel topping.
  7. Cover and refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled.
  8. Spread whipped topping over top of cake. Sprinkle with toffee chips.
  9. Cover and refrigerate any remaining cake.
