Fresh Peaches And Pears Bread

  1. Sift dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
  2. Add nuts or dates.
  3. In a larger bowl mix together sugars, peaches, pears, eggs, extract and oil.
  4. Fold dry ingredients into fruit mixture. Spray and flour three 8 x 3 7/8 x 2 3/8-inch pans.
  5. Bake for 1 hour at 350u0b0.
  6. Test for doneness. Let cool in pans 1 hour before cutting.
