Marty'S Shrimp Casserole

  1. Prepare rice according to directions on box.
  2. Saute onion and green pepper in 1/2 stick margarine until onion and pepper are soft.
  3. Add mushrooms.
  4. Combine rice, shrimp, onion, pepper and mushrooms with 1 3/4 cans of cream of chicken soup.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 6 drops of Tabasco.
  6. Mix cracker crumbs with remaining melted margarine.
  7. Place rice and shrimp mixture in a buttered 13 x 9-inch casserole.
  8. Top with crumbs.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  10. Serves 8.
