Seven Layer Mexican Dip

• 1 can refried beans
• 1 small can green chilies (optional)
• 8 oz. sour cream
• 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
• 2 avocados
• salsa
• 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
• 2 c. sharp or medium Cheddar cheese, shredded
• black olives
• green onions
• tomatoes

1. Mix beans
2. and
3. chilies
4. and
5. spread
6. in a pizza pan or something similar
7. in
8. size.
9. Mix
10. sour
11. cream
12. and
13. taco mix. Spread on top of beans.
14. Mix avocados and salsa (to taste) and spread.
15. Combine shredded cheeses and sprinkle over top of the mixture.
16. Slice
17. olives, chop onions and tomatoes and sprinkle over
18. cheeses.
19. Place
20. tortilla
21. chips around edges as garnish and serve with lots of chips.
