Mozzarella Chicken(Over Sauce)

  1. Cut chicken into serving size pieces.
  2. Dip into eggs; coat with crumbs.
  3. Heat butter in skillet.
  4. Cook chicken over medium heat until brown.
  5. Stir in tomato sauce and basil.
  6. Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, turning chicken every 10 minutes.
  7. Prepare sauce.
  8. Put noodles in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  9. Arrange chicken on top.
  10. Spoon sauce over chicken.
  11. Sprinkle cheese and paprika.
  12. Broil 6 to 7 inches from broiler until cheese is melted and bubbly.
