Swiss Steak

  1. Pound meat to 1/4-inch thickness.
  2. In paper or plastic bag, mix flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Shake meat in bag until coated. Place meat in 2-quart square casserole.
  4. Mix tomatoes, onion, dressing and rosemary; pour over meat.
  5. Place green pepper rings on top of meat and cover.
  6. Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 25 minutes.
  7. Turn meat over; spoon sauce over meat and microwave, covered, at 50% (Medium) for 15 to 25 minutes or until meat is tender.
  8. Let stand, covered, for 10 minutes.
  9. Serves 2.
