Fried Noodles(Makes 6 Servings)

  1. Marinate chicken breast halves in soy sauce and cornstarch for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender but firm to bite.
  3. Drain well.
  4. (Tip:
  5. If not fried immediately, toss with 2 teaspoons sesame oil.)
  6. Coat pan with vegetable oil over high heat.
  7. Add vegetable oil; swirl to coat sides.
  8. Add garlic; stir until fragrant, about 5 seconds.
  9. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2 minutes or until opaque.
  10. Add bell pepper and green onions and cook for 1 minute.
  11. Stir in soy sauce, wine, brown bean sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and noodles.
  12. Cook and gently toss until heated through.
  13. Serve hot.
