Awesome Bacon-Tomato-Cheese Spread

• 1/2 cup sour cream, light is fine
• 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
• 4 ounces cream cheese, room temp (1/3 less fat is fine)
• 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic, minced
• Tabasco sauce, to taste
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 large tomatoes or 3 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 1/2 lb bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
• 3 green onions, diced (white and green)

1. In food processor, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, Tabasco (to taste) and garlic.
2. Blend to mix completely.
3. Spread in bottom of pie plate and smooth equally.
4. Layer with diced tomato, then crumbled bacon, and then green onions.
5. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese over top.
6. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until served, at least 30 minutes.
7. Serve with crackers, baguettes or sturdy tortilla chips.
