Ham-Vegetable Fettucini

  1. In a large pot, boil carrots, chopped broccoli and chopped cauliflower in water; boil until tender-crisp.
  2. In saucepan, combine ham, onion, milk and cheeses.
  3. Simmer until cheeses are melted.
  4. If too thick, add additional milk.
  5. Drain vegetables and place in mixing bowl.
  6. Use large pot to boil 3 quarts of water and cook noodles 7 to 8 minutes.
  7. Drain.
  8. Add to mixing bowl; cover with meat mixture and stir thoroughly.
  9. Serve.
