Au Gratin Potatoes(Spicy)
- 5 large or 8 small potatoes
- 1/4 c. onion or/and onion salt to taste
- 1 pinch garlic salt
- 1 pinch Cajun seasoning
- 1 pinch Italian seasoning
- salt
- pepper
- 5 slices American cheese
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- any other favorite cheese
- milk
- butter
- Scrub potatoes; leave skins on and slice in fairly thin slices.
- Set aside in casserole dish.
- Heat Mozzarella and American cheese in saucepan on stove.
- When cheese begins to melt, add approximately 1/2 cup milk and stir until cheese is saucy. Add Cheddar and/or any other cheese, more milk and stir (adding more milk if necessary).
- Stir in 1/2 stick butter and all seasonings.
- Pour cheese sauce (fairly thin consistency) over potatoes and mix well.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for one hour.
