Au Gratin Potatoes(Spicy)

  1. Scrub potatoes; leave skins on and slice in fairly thin slices.
  2. Set aside in casserole dish.
  3. Heat Mozzarella and American cheese in saucepan on stove.
  4. When cheese begins to melt, add approximately 1/2 cup milk and stir until cheese is saucy. Add Cheddar and/or any other cheese, more milk and stir (adding more milk if necessary).
  5. Stir in 1/2 stick butter and all seasonings.
  6. Pour cheese sauce (fairly thin consistency) over potatoes and mix well.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for one hour.
