Lemon Chicken(Serves 6)
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 lemon, halved
- salt and pepper to taste
- flour
- butter
- 2 Tbsp. Vermouth
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- grated rind of 1 lemon (optional)
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pt. light cream
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- pasta
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 6 oz. grated cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 lb. fettucine noodles
- parsley
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- 1/3 c. milk
- Melt margarine in saucepan.
- Add Ricotta, sour cream and 1/2 grated cheese.
- Simmer on low, stirring occasionally.
- Add seasonings.
- After 30 minutes, add remaining grated cheese and 1/3 cup of milk (if too thick).
