Lemon Chicken(Serves 6)

  1. Melt margarine in saucepan.
  2. Add Ricotta, sour cream and 1/2 grated cheese.
  3. Simmer on low, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add seasonings.
  5. After 30 minutes, add remaining grated cheese and 1/3 cup of milk (if too thick).
