Precious Moments Lasagna
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cans tomato sauce (15 oz.)
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. salt
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack
- 8 oz. Mozzarella
- Ricotta
- Brown beef in skillet.
- Push to one side and saute onion. Drain fat.
- Stir in 2 cans of tomato sauce, salt and oregano. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Shred cheeses together (except Ricotta). Spread 1/2 can of remaining tomato sauce in bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Add layer of uncooked noodles, slightly overlapping. Add half of the meat and sauce mixture.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 of cheese mixture.
- Repeat with one more layer.
- Add remaining noodles.
- Cover with remaining tomato sauce, Ricotta and cheese. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 40 minutes.
