Broccoli And Red Pepper Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Spray small nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add oil, onion and garlic.
  3. Cook over low heat for about five minutes, until soft; transfer to a mixing bowl.
  4. Separate broccoli florets then chop and add to the mixing bowl.
  5. Peel broccoli stems and chop coarsely; add to bowl.
  6. Stir in peppers, cheeses, flour, salt and pepper to the broccoli mix.
  7. Divide mixture, spreading evenly over two deep-dish crusts.
  8. Put pizzas on lower shelves of oven.
  9. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until crusts are golden.
