Annie'S Spareribs And Sauce
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 3 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. Grandma's molasses or King syrup
- salt to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. chile powder
- 1/2 c. catsup (optional)
- Make sauce and let cook down a bit, approximately 1 hour on very low heat.
- Bake ribs 1/2 hour plain, drain fat off.
- Bake on 350u0b0. Put sauce on and baste every 20 to 30 minutes.
- Bake 1 layer about 1 1/2 hours on 350u0b0.
