Rainbow Salad
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 pkg. strawberry jello
- 4 slices pineapple
- 4 maraschino cherries
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 2 c. sliced bananas
- Pour 1 cup boiling water
- over
- lime
- jello
- and mix.
- Add lemon juice.
- Line bottom of
- pan
- with pineapple.
- Place maraschino cherries in centers of pineapple.
- Pour
- in
- lime jello mixture.
- Let set until firm.
- Pour 1 cup boiling water over
- lemon
- jello and mix.
- Mix salad dressing with cream cheese and
- add
- to
- slightly congealed lemon jello mixture and beat. Pour mixture
- on
- lime
- jello.
- When
- it
- begins
- to congeal, pour 1 cup boiling water over strawberry jello.
- Mix and add 1 cup cold water.
- Add sliced bananas and when slightly set, pour next to center lemon mixture.
- Chill until firm.
