Marinated Pork

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. Place tenderloins in large flat nonmetal dish.
  2. Pour mixture over tenderloins, turning to coat.
  3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
  4. Remove tenderloins, reserving marinade.
  5. Coat grill rack with cooking spray.
  6. Place on grill over medium-hot grill.
  7. Insert a meat thermometer to thickest part.
  8. Cook 20 minutes on each side or until thermometer registers 160u0b0.
  9. Baste often with marinade.
  10. Great served with wild rice.
