Sausage And Egg Puff

  1. Butter bread and cut into small cubes.
  2. Brown sausage in skillet, making sure there are no large lumps.
  3. Drain.
  4. In 2-quart casserole, layer sausage, bread and cheese.
  5. In a bowl, beat eggs with milk, Tabasco sauce, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Pour mixture over sausage, bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate 12 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove 1 hour before cooking.
  7. Preheat oven to 350u0b0 and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes or until firm and golden on top. Serves 8.
  8. Make a day ahead.
