Norwegian Smoked Salmon Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0F.
  2. Saute onions in olive oil.
  3. Thinly slice smoked salmon and cut into strips.
  4. Whisk cream and sour cream together with herbs and spices.
  5. Combine salmon and sauteed onions in pie crust.
  6. Pour in cream & herb mixture.
  7. Add sliced black olives.
  8. Garnish with chopped almonds and pimientos.
  9. Bake quiche for 20 to 25 minutes at 350u0b0F.
