Stuffing And Chicken Casserole
- 2 pkg. Stove Top corn bread stuffing mix
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. chicken broth
- 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise type salad dressing
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- shredded Cheddar cheese
- Combine stuffing mix, margarine and broth in bowl; mix well. Press half of mixture over bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Combine chicken, onion, celery, salad dressing, eggs, milk and salt in medium bowl; mix well.
- Spoon into prepared dish.
- Top with remaining stuffing mixture.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Yields 8 servings.
