Turkey And Broccoli Casserole
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli or 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 3 c. or more diced cooked turkey or chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 stick margarine
- Put broccoli that has been boiled slightly and well drained into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Place turkey on top of broccoli; mix soups, egg, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Pour over turkey.
- Next add layer of cheese.
- Melt margarine and stir into stuffing mix.
- Put stuffing on top of cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 uncovered until casserole is bubbling and browning, about 40 to 45 minutes.
- Serves 8 people generously.
