Jello Salad
- 1 large Jell-O
- 3 bananas
- 1 large can chunk pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- pineapple juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 14 marshmallows
- 1 pkg. Dream Whip
- graham cracker crumbs or nuts
- Prepare Jell-O per package instructions.
- Pour into a cake pan and jell slightly.
- Fold sliced bananas and drained pineapple chunks into slightly set Jell-O (reserve pineapple juice).
- Mix together sugar, flour, beaten eggs, pineapple juice and butter. Cook until thickened.
- Add marshmallows.
- Stir and let cool.
- Mix Dream Whip per package instructions.
- Fold into cooled custard mixture.
- Pour over Jell-O.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or nuts.
- Chill about 1 hour.
