Low-Fat Lasagna

  1. In skillet, cook meat.
  2. Add onion and garlic and cook until brown and onion tender.
  3. Drain any fat.
  4. Stir in next 7 ingredients, stirring often, for about 15 minutes.
  5. Cook noodles (no oil) and drain.
  6. Stir together egg, Ricotta or cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper.
