Sizzling Seafood Mix

  1. Deep fry fish fillet to brown.
  2. (set aside.).
  3. Remove squid skin, slice to butterfly.
  4. 1 1/2 size.
  5. Unshell the shrimps.
  6. Boil the mussel to remove from shell.
  7. Sautee garlic and onion, drop the squid, shrimp, mussel and last the fried fish fillet.
  8. add the remaining ingredeints and allow to boil for 2 minutes.
  9. Thicken sauce with cornstarch.
  10. serve in hot sizzling plate.
