Buffalo-Style Turkey Chili

  1. Heat oil in a dutch oven over medium-high heat. Brown ground meat for about 8-10 minutes, or until almost crispy and dry.
  2. Add all other ingredients to the pot, except for the blue cheese. Be sure to add the can liquid from the beans as well.
  3. Stir, bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 2-3 hours. Stir every every 15 minutes or so.
  4. Serve in bowls topped with crumbled blue cheese.
