Apricot Banana Nut Bread

  1. Sift all dry ingredients together, add apricot and nuts. Combine remaining ingredients, add to dry ingredients, stirring just Until Well Blended.
  2. (Note:
  3. Less sugar may be added.)
  4. Turn into greased (wax paper lined) loaf pan.
  5. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until done.
  6. (Test with a toothpick--may not take 1 full hour.) Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
  7. Turn out to cool on wire rack.
  8. This recipe may be doubled.
