Creamy Vegetable-Cheese Soup

  1. Melt 2 tablespoons margarine in large skillet and saute onions until tender; add hot water, veggies and chicken seasoning.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Melt remaining margarine in large pot.
  6. Add flour and stir until smooth.
  7. Cook stirring constantly for 1 minute. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly.
  8. Stir in paprika, pepper and cheese. Gradually stir in vegetable mixture and heat until hot.
