Microwave Cheesy Chowder

  1. Put potatoes, broccoli, carrot, onion, garlic, pepper and water in a 3 quart microwave safe bowl.
  2. Cover with lid or vented plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave on high 8-10 minutes, stirring once, until vegetable are crisp-tender.
  4. Add milk, beans and soup. Cover and microwave on high 6-8 minutes, stirring once, until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add cheese and hot pepper sauce, stirring until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot.
