Cream Puff Dessert

  1. Melt margarine in water and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add flour, stirring until you can form a ball.
  3. Beat eggs into mixture, one at a time.
  4. Spread in pan that is well greased.
  5. I form a long narrow puff by dividing pan with well greased tinfoil down center.
  6. Bake at 400u0b0 to 425u0b0 for 25 minutes until done.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Beat cream cheese until softened.
  9. Gradually add milk until smooth; add instant pudding and beat for 2 minutes.
  10. Spread pudding mixture over cooled puff.
  11. Top with layer of whipped topping, then add fresh fruit on top (red raspberries, sliced peaches, blueberries).
  12. For 4th of July, make it red, white and blue.
