Beef Tips Over Noodles

  1. Cut steaks into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Mix flour, salt, pepper, & garlic salt into bowl.
  3. Roll cubes in mixture and fry just enough to sear on all sides and place in large roaster.
  4. Mix the Au Jus and Brown gravy with water and pour over steak.
  5. Add onion and celery. Cover.
  6. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
  7. Mix Country Style Gravy with 1 cup water and add to roaster. Stir slightly.
  8. Continue cooking for additional hour.
  9. Prepare noodles as directed.
  10. Serve the beef tips over the noodles.
  11. I also sautee mushrooms to serve on top.
