Crabmeat Dressing Duhon
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion tops
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 cans claw or fresh lump crabmeat (26 oz.)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/4 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- Combine all ingredients except crab and bread crumbs.
- Mix well.
- Add bread crumbs; gently mix in crabmeat.
- Spoon into greased baking dish; do not pack down.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
- Remove cover; bake 10 minutes more, uncovered.
