Southern Style Squirrel Stew

  1. Wash and dry
  2. squirreltieces.
  3. Place 2 quarts boiling water with onions,
  4. celery, salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer, covered, for 2 hours or
  6. until
  7. squirrelstre nearly tender.
  8. Add carrots, potatoes and
  9. corn.
  10. Simmer,
  11. covered, for 30 minutes or until all are tender.
  12. Blendtlour
  13. with cold water to make a paste.
  14. Then stir
  15. into stew.
  16. Cook until thickened.
  17. Serves 6 people.
