Frosted Cranberry Salad
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
- 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. whipped cream
- 1 tart apple, peeled and chopped
- Drain pineapple
- and cranberry sauce.
- Add enough water to juices to
- make
- 2 cups liquid.
- Bring to a boil.
- Dissolve jello intot
- liquid.
- Chill
- until partially set.
- Add salad dressing totream
- cheese
- and
- beat until fluffy.tradually beat in partially set jello.
- Fold mixture into whipped cream. Set aside 1 1/2 cups of this mixture for topping.
- Add drained fruit to remaining jello mixture.
- Add pecans and apples.
