Blueberry Pecan Glazed Chicken
- 4 chicken breasts, skinless, bone-in
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pecans, chopped
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
- Grill chicken breasts, bone side down, for about 14 minutes.
- Turn chicken and continue grilling until a meat thermometer inserted into the chicken reads 165u0b0F (about 10-14 minutes).
- Saute onions and garlic in butter for 2 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until sauce is slightly thickened.
- Spoon sauce over chicken breasts and serve immediately.
