Sour Cream Lasagne
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 4 small cans tomato sauce
- 1 (8 or 10 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles, cooked
- 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 2 large onions
- 1 1/2 c. Cracker Barrel (Kraft) sharp cheese, grated
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. sugar
- Lightly brown beef and remove excess fat.
- Add tomato sauce, onions, salts and sugar.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Cream together sour cream and cream cheese.
- Line lightly oiled 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish with layer of cooked noodles.
- Add 1/2 of tomato mixture.
- Put cream cheese mixture on top and spread evenly into layer.
- Put another layer of noodles and top these with other half of tomato mixture.
- Put grated cheese on top.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Serve hot.
