Rose'S Old-Fashioned Beef Stew

  1. In large pot, brown beef cubes in lite Italian salad dressing, onion soup mix and garlic cloves.
  2. Add lemon pepper, liquid dill spice, Italian seasoning, white vinegar, water, seasoned salt, paprika, parsley flakes and grape jelly.
  3. Simmer, covered, on low heat for 60 minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup water and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours longer, until meat is tender.
