Ritz Cookies(Very Rich; Great Finger Food.)
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- 1 (8 oz.) box chopped dates
- 1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c. dark brown sugar (packed)
- 1/2 lb. chopped dates
- 1 well-beaten egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. Rice Krispies
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- Angel Flake coconut
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg, unbeaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. butter
- scant 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- lingonberry jam
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- vanilla sugar or vanilla (to taste)
- water
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 stick oleo or margarine
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Mix first 5 ingredients together.
- Add eggs, flour, salt, soda and vanilla.
- Put in fridge for 1 hour.
- Roll thin, 1/4 inch. Sprinkle top with sugar.
- Put on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Makes 4 dozen.
