Chocolate Delight

  1. Combine butter, flour and pecans.
  2. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  3. Cool.
  4. Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
  5. Spread over the cool crust and chill.
  6. Combine pudding mixes and milk.
  7. Beat 2 minutes with rotary mixer.
  8. Spread on top.
  9. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  10. Sprinkle with pecans and grated chocolate. Refrigerate.
