Chocolate Delight
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. pecans, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 (13 1/2 oz.) carton nondairy whipped topping
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- chopped pecans and grated chocolate (to decorate)
- Combine butter, flour and pecans.
- Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 375u0b0 for 15 minutes.
- Cool.
- Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and 1 1/2 cups whipped topping.
- Spread over the cool crust and chill.
- Combine pudding mixes and milk.
- Beat 2 minutes with rotary mixer.
- Spread on top.
- Top with remaining whipped topping.
- Sprinkle with pecans and grated chocolate. Refrigerate.
